Building a tunnel under Grenfell/Currie is extremely expensive and unnecessary.......regular car tr...

[U/C] Re: 104-106 Currie Street | 117m | 33lvl | Sofitel Hotel

And even then, the only demand for hotel rooms are those of repatriation flights which is still government money? (Correct me if I'm wrong). If the real estate market can pick itself up again, then there might be some hope that those projects financed but not yet U/C could be reimagined as apartmen...

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide Metro Trains

I actually would prefer that Hove be eliminated and Warradale be rebuilt further west. Hove, Warradale, and Oaklands are all too close together. I doubt there is a lot of interchange between the train line and bus passengers along Brighton Road.....happy to be corrected if someone can provide some s...

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide Metro Buses

Finally another one of those "simple and obvious ways to make public transport better in Adelaide" ideas has made it through to the top tiers of government. (The other and most obvious example of this is the Flinders train line, first proposed in 1969......reality in 2020) Let me take a guess how th...

Re: Barossa | Oscar Seppeltsfield | 12 Levels

Hasn't the Cube brought extra attention and tourists (which of course means more money) to the McLaren Vale wine region? I think the Worm should be built.....why do people think that cookie-cutter inoffensive buildings that make up the upmarket accomodation and eating offerings in the Barossa make t...
