Dear Friends and Colleagues

2008 has been a very busy year for Hines Property, with the commencement of construction of our 20 Hindmarsh Square Apartments and Crowne Plaza Hotel project, and the Conservatory Office and Apartment project “topping out”. Construction of both projects is progressing well, and I have attached some recent photos for your information. This will be the last photo-spam I send out for the year!

On behalf of Jack and I, together with the team at Hines Property, we wish you all the best over the festive season, and trust you will have an enjoyable break with your friends and family.

Personally I think Hines Group should get a round of applause for their contribution not only to our site (we love the updates) but for the way they've run this whole process right from the start. They along with Pruszynski Architects, the engineers, and all the sub-contractors set out to build these landmarks and have hit every mark spot on. Well done, you guys deserve a fantastic Christmas.

New member to the site dsriggs, posted up a shot of the new big screen tv being installed last Saturday at City Cross arcade.

This idea was first proposed in 2005, but now it's finally installed and we assume it is operational.
