As reported by Ben in November, Hills Industries will establish a new Adelaide Headquarters in the CBD. In a joint venture with Goodman International, this development which is sited at 413-427 King William Street next to the Optus Building, will be a signficant foray into the city's south by the pair.

This development has signficant council support with Lord Mayor Michael Harbison making an announcement this morning.
